Dispatching work shifts and tasks
Install Inc. Plans work shifts with their PC application, from which data is automatically transfered to Newelo Enterprise Mobility Solution. Alternatively Install Inc. plans work shifts with Newelo Calendar View.
With Calendar View, Install Ins. can allocate tasks to their employees. Work shifts are automatically shown, so prior planning of the tasks is easy.
Tasks can be very diverse with instructions and complete workflows embedded. Tasks may include feedback sections, which can have free text, photos/videos, attachments like work time reports, multiple choice boxes and so on.
Install. Inc. has created templates for their most frequent task types. These pre-filled templates significantly speed up inputting data of an individual task.
Employees
Employees can view task lists and task details conveniently with their mobile devices. Tasks may have photos and documents as attachments.
Employees can respond to tasks and fill in their feedback sections. In addition, employees can automatically let the dispatch centers know at which stages they are with the task executions.
The dispatch center and field workers can communicate during task execution, and this discussion is automatically visible to all concerned.

Monitoring and reporting
The dispatch center can monitor tasks in real time, and easily see at which stage each task execution is. If needed, at each stage of execution tasks can be easily transfered to other employees to continue the work.
The dispatch center receives task reports from which it is possible to compose statistics, such as geographical distribution of the tasks, amounts and types of different tasks, task lead times, task execution times and so on.
