What kinds of different options for work orders are available in the service?

We create personalised work orders for our customers depending on their workflows, either based on existing ones or completely from scratch according to the customer’s needs. There may be just a few or up to thousands of different ones. Additionally, the structures of the work orders may be highly complex and contain various inspections. Customer-specific modelling is available for all of them.

 

Are the service or work tasks also available in situations where the communications network functions poorly?

Yes. Our service includes an offline function with which all information on the device is available, even maps. Work tasks can be reported in offline mode and when the network connection is restored, the tasks and reports are synchronised with the service.

Can the service also be used to report hours and statuses at work sites?

Work site management can be linked to the service so that upon their arrival at the site, users can be signed in based on their GPS location. Additionally, the service can be used to record hours and kilometres in the desired working time tracking system.

Can location data be used to locate people? Can field personnel disable the location data transmission?

As needed, location data can be used to locate maintenance personnel, equipment or devices. The feature can be utilised for example as a part of work site management so that work management has access to a current view of personnel signed in at work sites. Location data can be disabled as needed.
